I have spent more than three decades working across finance, strategy, operations, and transactions — advising businesses through growth, change, challenge, and opportunity.
My career has taken me through senior roles across mining, manufacturing, banking, funds, and advisory. That experience shapes the way I work today: practical, commercially grounded, and focused on helping owners and decision-makers navigate pivotal moments with clarity and confidence.
I have worked with founder-led and mid-market businesses on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic positioning, valuation, governance, restructuring, and transaction readiness. In many of these situations, the decisions are not only commercially significant — they are deeply personal. Behind every mandate is usually a story of years of effort, risk, sacrifice, and ambition. I understand that.

Mining services — acquisition readiness and transaction support
Advised the shareholders of a mining services group through a complex sale process. Prepared the business financially, supported valuation, managed buyer engagement, and coordinated the transaction through to completion. The work included navigating significant diligence issues and ensuring the business was presented clearly and credibly to prospective acquirers at every stage.
Technology business — valuation and strategic investor engagement
Worked with the owners of a software and services business to assess value, shape the commercial narrative, and support discussions with a potential strategic acquirer. Provided financial analysis and deal structuring input, with a particular focus on how to present recurring revenue and growth potential in a way that would resonate with a sophisticated buyer.
Mid-market business — strategic review and capital pathway
Supported a leadership team navigating a significant growth and funding decision. Delivered strategic analysis, financial modelling, and structured decision support to clarify the options available, improve readiness for external engagement, and strengthen the business’s position with prospective capital providers.
Healthcare diagnostics (United States) — fractional CFO and CEO advisory
Advised a US-based diagnostics business in a fractional CFO and CEO capacity during a critical phase of capital raising and strategic repositioning. Worked closely with the founders to refine the commercial narrative, align the financial structure with growth objectives, and prepare the business for investor engagement. The work covered financial modelling, capital strategy, and shaping how the opportunity was presented to the market — with a focus not only on securing capital, but on ensuring the business was positioned credibly for long-term growth.
Property development (Bali, Indonesia) — funding, structuring and strategy
Advised a Bali-based property development group on funding strategy, deal structuring, and strategic direction. The engagement involved working through capital pathways, investor considerations, and structuring options suited to both the assets and the operating environment. Support extended beyond the immediate funding question into broader strategic positioning and decision-making as the business evolved, resulting in a more coherent capital structure and a clearer pathway for growth and execution.
